Prohibit misleading advertising
Prohibit misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims in commerce. I was using one month unlimited option. At the end of my subcription I went to cancel it. When I selected cancel my membership. A window opened and asked why. I selected the option that I thought it was too expensive. Then a new window opened and offered 3 months with 50% discount. I selected this and then hours later I was charged 25 dollars for the monthly subscription. In other words fake advertisement. The help center says that they only have discount for 12 months but the window offer certainlly showed up. If someone else is experiencing this please contact me. I plan to file a complaint with the FTC.
