As a European customer, I was initially hesitant to order, especially about delivery. In the end, everything went smoothly. Delivery took about two weeks due to sales and Valentine’s Day. Customer service is very responsive, especially via WhatsApp. The pre-cut wig is amazing, perfectly styled, and easy to install. I receive compliments every day. The length was exactly as ordered, an 18-inch wig is truly an 18-inch wig. The free gifts are a nice bonus. Very satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend Subella Hair ☺️
