Good Customer Recovery, But Initial Order Error I recently ordered a tea set from Umi Tea Sets (Order #24588) and initially received the wrong design. This was disappointing as it was meant to be a gift and I had selected Express delivery to ensure it arrived in time. To their credit, their customer service responded quickly once I reached out. They asked for a photo, acknowledged the mistake, and offered a partial refund as an option. I requested that the correct item be resent instead, and they agreed to ship a replacement. The replacement did arrive, which I appreciate. Communication was polite and responsive, although I did have to follow up a few times for shipping updates and tracking details. I am still awaiting clear instructions on how to return the incorrect item that was originally sent. Overall, while the initial packing error was frustrating, the issue was resolved and the team was courteous throughout the process. I would recommend them, but I suggest double-checking your order upon arrival and allowing buffer time if purchasing for an important event.
