I’m extremely disappointed with this company and would never recommend buying from them. The jewelry looked beautiful online, but the quality has been terrible in my experience. I’ve purchased from them three different times — the first two pieces were 10K and 18K gold-plated necklaces, and after only a few wears, the plating started wearing off and tarnishing. I loved the style of the necklaces so much that my husband decided to splurge on a special “push present” for me after our third baby — a necklace with all three of our kids’ initials in what was advertised as 14K gold because we wanted something meaningful that would last forever. Unfortunately, after only four months, it also started tarnishing. There is no way this feels like genuine 14K gold quality. For the prices they charge, I expected jewelry that would last years, not months. To make matters worse, customer service was incredibly frustrating to deal with. The return process was a nightmare, and instead of offering a proper refund, they pushed store credit instead. Now I’m stuck with store credit, and they don’t even sell the 14K gold necklaces anymore, which honestly feels suspicious to me. Overall, the entire experience felt misleading and low quality from start to finish. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
