unprofessional and unreliable
I paid for the premium features, but the service did not work. When I tried to contact support, the email address provided was invalid and my message could not be delivered. There is no clear or reliable way to reach customer support. Based on my experience, this website seems very unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly advise others to be careful before making any payment.
