I ordered a mouse and it never even arrived. I complained to their customer support and I kept getting AI answers where they check with logistic team. I waited over a month for no updates. Would not recommenced, go with a safer option. Update: I made a support case as requested and it's just as useless as the first time. My order number is ATKGR31272
