I cannot say enough good things about TA3 and their customer service team. I had an issue with a defective item right before an upcoming trip, and Izel provided the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. She responded quickly, immediately offered a solution, and personally ensured that my replacement suit would be expedited so it would arrive before I left. The communication was clear, kind, and efficient the entire time. She deserves all the kudos! Not only do I love the swimsuits and think the quality is top-notch, but knowing the company stands behind their products like this makes me an even more loyal customer.
