Excellent customer support and professional service
I’ve been a PITAKA customer before and always appreciated the quality and design of their products. Recently, I experienced a slight fit issue with a phone case. Although the product was considered within their quality standards, the support team handled my case very professionally and respectfully. They offered me a one-time replacement without requiring an international return, which I truly appreciate given the shipping difficulties. Communication was polite, responsive, and solution-oriented throughout the whole process. Special thanks to Alvin and Polly for their support.
