I have actually purchased several Ask and Embla pieces over the course of a few years, starting back in 2020. The clicker I bought at that time has been my default piece ever since and while a lot of companies tout no tarnish, Ask and Embla is the only one who has actually held up that promise. My clicker is in all the time, I sleep and shower with it, and it looks virtually unchanged. Last year, I splurged on a pair of gorgeous earrings and wore them throughout the course of the year. Unfortunately, one of the clasps stopped functioning and I was heartbroken because they had become my favorite pair if earrings. I happened to be looking on the website and incidentally came across something I hadn’t previously realized which is that Ask and Embla includes a year long warranty for their jewelry. By some strike of luck, I was literally ONE day before my warranty ran out and they STILL honored the warranty and sent me a replacement pair. This company makes gorgeous, high quality jewelry AND treats their customers right. So many industries could take some notes from this company!! Thank you Ask and Embla!
