Worst product I've ever seen in my life
I purchased a bed for my two-year-old child from Litfad, and the product is extremely poor quality and unsafe. The wood is rough and full of splinters, with no proper sanding, sealing, or protective coating. It also emits a strong chemical odor, making it unsuitable for indoor use. The timber quality is very low, and the assembly instructions are inaccurate and incomplete. This product is clearly not fit for purpose and poses a safety risk to a young child. When I contacted customer service to request a return and refund, they repeatedly refused and only offered small discounts (5%) or free gifts instead of accepting responsibility. I strongly warn other parents not to purchase children’s furniture from this seller.
