Place my order on February 18th and have not received anything yet and there is no shipping information available. Just like others have said, I just received a vague excuse and no shipping updates at all. This is very disappointing and qvr is going to lose a lot of money behind this lack of customer service and the lack of truthfulness regarding the estimation for delivery. If the company is out of certain hair then they should indicate that on their website so people are aware that they will not receive their shipment in 3-5 business days.
