Does not stand behind their product
I got their walk-in a few years ago. It leaked on the floor when the door opened. They came out 5 times. The last time, the tech opened the door and flooded the bathroom. They then modified the rubber strip on door. It still leaked. I have to out a towel there. They then said that I should just use a towel there and said they could not do any more. So, they are good until they have their money. Then, they wont stand behind it. I have a $20,000 tub that I can only use it for a shower. So, beware of them.
