Overly Impressed
From start to finish, the customer service Stunning Gift Store provided was exceptional. I had problems using my card on the website, so I emailed their customer service team. Immediately, I received a response from Nancy, who worked with me to obtain an invoice, and eventually, my payment went through successfully. While that process was great, the exceptional part was in the thoughtfulness of the design and production team clearly articulating the advantages and disadvantages of the product I selected with the images I uploaded. Nancy wanted to be sure I knew what to expect if I stayed with the design and image selection. As I moved to a different design, Nancy shared a recommended tweak that made the final product even better!
