When we got on the phone with Austin, he knew everything about our prior purchase from Coppersmith for our NYC apartment, our initial design idea for East Hampton, our designer's account with the company, etc. Moreover, Austin has great ideas and explained everything clearly. One of the fastest and best customer service experiences I've had in years.
