The activation key given didn’t work in…
The activation key given didn’t work in putting the apps into service. I kept getting an error message after entering the key. I sent several emails to the 24/7 tech support but got no replies. Several days later they finally sent an email saying everything had been reset. I was now able to activate any use all of the apps. Apparently getting customer problems fixed is not a priority for the 24/7 tech support. BUT, when it came time to purchase the license and apps, payment went through fast and easy. No error messages!
