Review of HiCustore (hicustore.com) I want to share my experience with HiCustore (hicustore.com) so other people can be careful before ordering. I placed an order on their website and decided to cancel it about 3 hours after placing the order. According to their cancellation policy, orders canceled within 3 working days should receive a full refund. I contacted their support email within that time to cancel the order. However, they did not respond for 7 days. When they finally replied, they said the order could not be canceled anymore because the product was already being made. This is confusing because their policy states: “We will dispatch your order within 3 working days of placing the order. If you cancel your order within 3 working days, you will receive a full refund.” Since I contacted them only 3 hours after placing the order, I expected the cancellation to be accepted according to their own policy. When the product eventually arrived, the quality was also very poor and did not match what was shown on the website. Because of this experience, I recommend that people be careful and research HiCustore before ordering from hicustore.com.
