I worked as a transcriber for them. Initially, they rated my accuracy at 98%, but about a week later, they gave me a 1-star rating and claimed my accuracy was 0%. I had no right to appeal and was summarily dismissed. They exploited me, paying less than $6 per hour of transcription. To be honest, this is pure labor exploitation just to line their own pockets. If anyone asks which website has the worst experience and service, I would say it's GoTranscript. I can't believe they are still in business today. Frankly, this company deserves to go bankrupt so they can no longer exploit people like this
