Machine works great....when it works!!! Bought mine in october took 5 weeks to get here. Now 1 of the phases has jumped to 256 volts. and the safety function worked, but that means that only 1 phase is working. Now the major PROBLEM !!!!!!! YOU CANNOT REACH ANYONE . 1 EMAIL ADDRESS (NEVER REPLIES) AND A WHATSAPP NUMBER (WTF) NO ONE EVER REPLIES OR ANSWERS. SO BASICALLY THERE IS NO WARRANTY. SALES DEPT ONLY SELLS, EMAIL THEM THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL YOU ANOTHER. WHAT A JOKE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY TELL YOU 24/7 SERVICE THEN THE WEB SITE SAYS 9-5 EST.....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
