Esim - the only business they have - does not work
I purchased an eSim for 2 countries a month ago. It worked in country 1. Now, it's still pending in my account a month later, and it's not working in the 2nd country. Customer service are unable to assist. This is a major safety issue - I need to be able to reliably get transport if I need it, talk to someone if I need help, or get around by foot (I have off-line maps but it's only for cars). Safety was my top priority in a foreign country and I trusted Yoho I will not be trusting them again. I would never recommend them. Please, read the reviews and go elsewhere.
