I had an issue with some permanent vinyl
I had an issue with a package of permanent vinyl and I sent them a few pictures and then they sent me a new package at no charge. It came fast and I’m hoping the issue was isolated to the batch prior. They have been good about materials issues which I’ve only had 2 over the last few years.
