“In-stock” item still hasn’t arrived after 39 days…
Placed an order over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Took them near a month for them to tell me it’s shipped, & they do some weird double shipping method that makes it super delayed for no reason. This was for a bday present & will now be way past the birthday. FIND A US VENDOR AND BUY FROM THEM. The product is good like I love my Neo ergo, but the buying experience from QK is kinda ridiculous. For a parts item that was in stock supposedly ready to ship, No ETA provided, takes super long to start shipping & then the shipping is way slower than anything I’ve experienced in the last 5-6 years. I also won’t be recommending the ergo now since they discontinued the wrist rests.
