Excellent Customer Service
I had purchased from RetroViewer before- around 2024 and had a great experience, so I recently placed another order! Their reels have always turned out great for me, and the quality has been consistently excellent. This time around I reached out with a question about my order and mentioned that I had accidentally purchased a red viewer through Amazon before realizing I could have ordered everything directly from their website and in any color. Even though that wasn’t their responsibility at all, their team kindly offered to include a black RetroViewer with my order, which I truly appreciated. That level of customer care really stood out to me. It’s clear they care about their customers and the experience people have with their products. Also, I placed this recent order around 2 days ago and it has already been shipped, such a plus! I’m still waiting for my order to arrive, but based on my previous purchase and the great service I’ve received so far, I’m confident it will be just as great as before. Highly recommend! - Krod
