PAYMENT SCAM
I have an issue on their payment methods. In the beginning, I subscribed for the EUR 6,99 subscription. Amazing experience. UNFORTUNATELY, after a week I found out that I have been charged for another EUR 14 automatically which I did not signed up for! Since I did not want to cause any drama, I let it slide and I finally cancelled my subscription to stop any recurring charges but on THE 3RD TIME, EVEN AFTER CANCELLING THE SUBSCRIPTION THEY HAVE CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AUTOMATICALLY FOR EUR 22!!!! really unprofessional First of all, the fact that they don't even notify you by email at least that you're subscription is expiring. Secondly, charging a fee even after cancelling the subscription. Third, this is a payment scheme where they don't remind you so that you won't notice that you are being charged. TO SPREAD AWARENESS OF THE SITUATION! PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO 'MY DRAMA', IT IS A SCAM!!!!! I reached out to their customer agent but they are not helping.
