Worst customer service ive ever had the displeasure of working with. Alibaba sent my 500 dollars worth of jewerly, it was delivered to the wrong house, they literally had me running around and proving myself 20 times l. I had to repeatedly do the same thing over and over and I had proof of the logistics company delivering to the wrong house, ot didn't matter, they kept saying it says its delivered blah blah, they know people will eventually just give up. It sucks. This was for my business, and I took a huge financial loss Adding this after the sent that reply to " look into things further" what a joke and YET ANOTHER WASTE of my time, I clicked on the link, and it took me to the generic , AI computed "help bot" once again they tried to make me run around, once again they acted like they would help me (took keep up appearances im sure) dont order from alibaba, you'll pay them 300 , trusting to receive your goods, they will give you the run around for a month, and eventually you'll just give up. Order from companies that you trust.
