Unfulfilled promises
Ordered a pre order , I expected delays they are kinda known for that but the early bird pre order came with 2 rolls of free PLA Then for the first delay they offered $15 credit or 2 more rolls free filament. A little over a month after I got the printer in still going back and forth to 1. When are they shipping filament and 2. Them saying it's only 2 for the delay and won't recognize their own invoice showing 2 free rolls ... So I get it squared away, a week later I'm sent a link with tracking. Info .. It's my original printer tracking , I let them know and they don't see to understand they sent me the link ...and now saying only 2 rolls lol Done !
