Excellent customer service
When I received my original order, unfortunately my two pairs of pants were way too big so I took steps to return them. Within 24 hours, Omirad responded apologizing that my garments didn’t fit and offered me two replacement pieces instead of returning the ones that didn’t fit. They told me to keep them and gift them to someone else. I was blown away by that unexpected gesture. They told me to let them know which two items I wanted and that they would ship them out right away and they did just that. Upon receiving my replacement order they fit perfectly and I am in love with the fit and quality. I love how hassle free my experience was. Lastly I want to add that I’m a 47 year old Mom who loves trendy baggy clothes and I gave my original pants to my 18 year old son who is obsessed with the pants I gave him. We are different sexes and generations and both loved our garments. This unisex brand of quality clothing has my business for the foreseeable future. Excellent customer service and clothing quality.
