As my first time buying my experience… Ross Coates was terrible
As my first time buying my experience was terrible with this company with not answering phone calls or emails, saying I’d not sent over documents, no updates from them whatsoever, I had to contact the other person’s agent to get any updates. Took 9 months for a simple no chain buy with this company and on the day of completion they rang me to say they don’t have the deeds documents, in other words they lost them. I’d never use this company or suggest them to anyone, there’s a reason they’re cheap and I wish I’d done more research on them before hand. It’s time for Mr Ross Coates to hang up his coat.
