Great customer service experience! Amalfi Pants I ordered originally were too tight around my thighs. So I sent an email with few questions about different fit of their various pants and how to proceed with return expecting email response at some point. Instead I got a call back the very next day! Had a very informative conversation about linen. Based on that info I ordered different pants and those fit great! Return was prompt and easy. Very pleasantly surprised in the best possible way with this personal level of service!!!
