2 months of promises, nothing shipped
I ordered an inverter from Anenji with a promised delivery time of 7 days. The manager said it would be shipped within the week, but that never happened. For the next two months I kept receiving promises that it would be sent “next week”, but the order was never shipped. Eventually they stopped responding to my messages completely. In the end I had to open a dispute through PayPal to try to get my money back. Very unprofessional service and a complete waste of time.
