ENGWE Engine Pro 2.0 and customer support
I bought the ENGWE Engine Pro 2.0 mostly out of curiosity. I had no previous experience with e-bikes, but the foldable design and specs caught my attention. The bike exceeded my expectations. The performance and comfort are really good, even for someone of my larger build. Everything works very well. When I needed a hard-to-get spare part, I contacted Engwe customer support. Their response was quick and very helpful – they started solving it right away. I’m now planning to buy the P20 model as well, because the belt drive looks like an interesting next step.
