Disappointing experience - Incompetent advice
I hired Riverbend Consulting to help with an Amazon brand gating issue. After weeks of back-and-forth and over 100 useless messages, they told me that my issue was a 'system synchronization error' and that further documentation appeals would be ineffective. They essentially gave up. I took matters into my own hands, prepared my own appeal and invoices, and got approved by Amazon immediately. Riverbend’s 'expert' analysis was completely wrong. Despite proving that their strategy failed and I solved the issue myself, they refused to offer even a partial refund. They hide behind their 'no refund' policy while failing to provide the expertise they charge for. Avoid this service if you want actual results.
