Disappointing quality, customer service ignored inquiry
My experience was similar to what another user reported: I ordered an "ugly" sweater that suggested a knitted, just to find out that it felt very synthetic / plastic. I did not even dare to wear it to the christmas party I intended because I had health concerns. I messaged them within the 30 days return period via e-mail, but they ignored it and I never got a response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
