Not a reservation- Risk of "purchasing" non-refundable voucher for a non-existent flight
This is not a flight reservation. When you book with them you essentially are booking the potential for a flight. I got a call within a few hours stating that the flight "reservation" I made was not available, and I could pay another $200 to change my flight. I said I would prefer a refund and they said I could pay $75 to get a refund. I can understand a no refund policy- but if the thing I just purchased is actually not even available- that is a totally unacceptable business practice.
