Very disappointed with Air China webiste
Very disappointed with Air China’s online check-in. The website is mostly in Chinese, Google Translate gives many incorrect translations, and the site has several bugs and errors. After spending a lot of time trying, I still couldn’t check in online. Very frustrating and needs major improvement.
