Have been Using For more than a Year But had the worst experience while purchasing gate.io gift card of 10$. The Redeemption Code is shown invalid while i try to redeem. I contacted support via live chat, no reply contacted support via email no reply ORDER # 47584230 purchased on 18 Oct 2026 Today 25 Oct 2026 No response, Useless CS
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I purchased a $10 Swype Mastercard, but the redeem link they provided is completely unavailable. The worst part is their non-existent customer service. Every time I contact support to report that the link is broken, a rep named Olivia Ford replies with the exact same automated, copy-pasted text: "Good news — your order has already been completed and delivered." It is infuriating to be told "good news" when you have just been robbed of your money and left with a non-functioning link. They do not read your emails, they do not care that their links are broken, and they will blatantly refuse to refund your money. Complete scam operation. Stay far away from OffGamers!
