Nonfunctional vacuum, bad customer service
We bought a certified refurbished vacuum directly from Roborock’s website. Unfortunately, it was delivered completely unusable, as it came with 0% charge and the unit would not charge. We tried various recommended fixes, but nothing worked. I’m not sure how this was certified refurbished given that it was delivered completely nonfunctional. We had to ship the vacuum back to their tech center, and they refused to send us a replacement until they received the original vacuum. This means we’ve been vacuum-less for 5 weeks now, despite spending a lot of money. Customer service is terrible. I hear the vacuums are good, but we wouldn’t know!
