I would highly recommend Yogabody
I have been working out with Lucas and Yogabody since 2020 when I did his 21 day hip opening yoga course. I have repeated this course multiple times. The lifetime access to the course content is amazing and I absolutely LOVE how all my courses are there for me on my app, no ads, no noise just exactly what I need, simple and brilliant. I am a fitness professional and love how knowledgeable the yogabody crew all are. I recent completed the Deep Stretch teacher training course and now teach this in our gym twice a week and it is a superb addition to our other classes! I really can’t recommend Yogabody highly enough 🙏🏻
