Good software, terrible customer service when you have a problem
I purchased the software as well a the premium AI addition. All worked fine and the software is quite good. Then I had to reinstall Windows and when I reinstalled the WPS software, my paid versions were gone. Wrote to support and they said they can't find my subscription and cut off all communications. Terrible customer service -stole my money! ~2 months later, they came back to me and found my account and reinstated it.
