Vitamin A overdose
Two days into taking two satchels a day, I experienced extreme dry mouth and headaches and figured out that I was overdosing on vitamin A. Many customers, I suspect, are also taking other supplements that may contain vitamin A. Lignosus does not provide any information on its packaging or website about the quantified amount of Vitamin A in each satchel. Given that Vitamin A is dangerous in large quantities, this strikes me as irresponsible and makes it nearly impossible for customers to manage their intake. I'll be looking for an alternative.
