Don't buy it save your money
Before buying from PITAKA, I strongly recommend that people read the bad reviews first. In my experience, the shipping process has been extremely disappointing. I placed my order more 20 days ago and the tracking still shows “label created,” which means the parcel has not actually been shipped yet. The website says delivery takes around 5–15 days, but so far there has been no real shipment progress. This has been very frustrating as a customer. My advice to anyone thinking about buying from this company is to check the negative reviews online before placing an order. That will help you understand other customers’ experiences and decide if you still want to take the risk After all this time, I doubt I'll receive anything.
