I recently shopped at MYCHWAY, and I was so impressed with all of their products that I honestly didn’t know which one to choose. Eventually I placed my order, but I already know for sure that I will be ordering again, especially after the amazing experience I had with their customer service. Shortly after placing my order, I received a message from their team with a few necessary questions. I was pleasantly surprised that they informed me in advance about possible import taxes and customs duties. They even helped me look into what the expected customs costs might be in the country where I live before the order was shipped. That level of care and transparency is truly impressive. I shop online quite often because it’s convenient and saves me time, but I can honestly say this team has exceeded all my expectations.
