Very bad experience with this company. I received defective hydraulic brakes, which meant my bicycle had no working brakes and I could not use it safely. Because of this, I had to repair the bike myself and pay around 800 SEK for the repair. I contacted the company several times and sent the receipt as they requested, but they took a long time to respond and did not properly address the problem. Instead of solving the issue and compensating the repair cost, they sent another product without my agreement. Customer service has been very disappointing and the communication was poor. I would not recommend buying from this company.
