The experience was great, because the agent was friendly and courteous. He provided all answers to any questions I had,and he made the questions forthcoming. In addition he made the whole process warm and non time consuming. In regards he also didn't make me feel less than because I needed help with my nonexistent health insurance . His help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
