Extremely low quality product
Extremely low quality product. This company uses images of other doll artists work and sends a completely different doll. The doll I received was a mass produced hard plastic doll made in a factory in china. The package was bashed to pieces and the clothes were all crammed into one box with the doll. The dolls hair is sparse, too long and half of it has fallen out. Never ever fall for this company. They send me a 25% refund which doesn’t compensate for my daughter’s birthday being ruined. I wouldn’t even give them 1star, it’s more like a negative score. Please be warned these dolls are a scam from this company
