Terrible quality and customer service. Do not Buy...
Decided to buy my wife and I a matching set of slippers for Christmas. After three months, the sole of the slipper completely came up and was no longer comfortable. I went to their customer service to see if they could offer any solutions and they responded that because I didn't pay for their warranty, I was SOL. My wife maybe wore these 8-10 times around the house and we are disgusted this is their best solution. Please avoid this company and do not give them your money. What sort of company can't stand behind their product after three months?
