Very disappointing experience with Litfad. I ordered 3 bar stools and paid 420.35 € in advance. After waiting several months I received only ONE stool. The other two items were never delivered, although I even received a tracking number. Customer service keeps asking me to wait and there is still no solution or refund. This is very frustrating because one stool alone is useless when you ordered three identical ones. Order number: 1183481 If the company resolves this issue and refunds the missing items, I will update this review.
