Don’t buy anything from this company
Don’t buy anything from this company. I bought 5 survival bracelets and it took 1.5 months to deliver. I didn’t realize this was coming from China. When it finally came, the survival tools on the bracelet don’t even work (supposed to unlock a standard handcuff). I reached out to customer support that the product doesn’t work. They asked for a video which I sent them including how red my fingers got from the pressure of trying to make the key work. They wouldn’t give me a refund ($41). Because the shipping would cost too much so they kept emailing me if $4, $7, or $10 reimbursement would be okay. No!! I want a full refund for the defective product and over a month long shipping delay.
