This had been the worst experience
This had been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shipping company. The customer service is useless and only sends back the same bot email saying that they need a tracking number even tho all of my emails include my tracking number. I’ve never had a company just not try to help sold an issue that they caused before. Unprofessional and useless. If you can avoid using them please avoid them at all cost. Unhelpful in every way. If I could give a negative star I would.
