Your response is inaccurate. The errors were clearly on your end, as shown in the reports I pulled directly from your own system. These reports are date- and time-stamped and were provided to you as evidence. Despite this, you have not directly addressed the issue or acknowledged the data—no matter how many times I’ve submitted it. Instead, your responses have consistently avoided the core problem and failed to engage with the actual findings. At no point have you acknowledged the proof shown in your own reports. It appears the documentation was either not reviewed or not properly considered, as we would not still be dealing with this issue otherwise. Additionally, one of the reports I obtained—generated on the same date I initially submitted our information—clearly confirms that everything was uploaded correctly from our end. -------------- That fact that there is no way to speak to an rep or supervisor directly when there is an issue that is going unresolved for more than a week and after 15 back/forth emails is the worst! If the support reps that they do have responding via email or chat were at least 1% knowledgeable about the product they support, I would've given this company at least a 2 stars.
