Good service & communication
Good service and communication. However,initially they were not going to send the product I paid for as it was over weight, even though the product only weighed 1.1kg, the volume weight was nearly 9kg. As I needed the product urgently and couldn't get it in Australia, they honoured and sent the product in the end after back and forth in communication. I only dropped a star for no disclosure when purchasing about this being a potential issue at the ordering stage. But great service and they even sent photos of product size etc. Well done for communication and sending the product in the end, as I needed it urgently, it saved me. Thank you
